Jack's Second hand Furniture

$350 Paid for a queen mattress, well over market price, Damaged ( as I trusted them as per the conversation)Cut underneath the mattress and full of bed bugs. Had to get the whole house sprayed, worst decision of my life buying of them, they cleaned it up to look like new but seems they are selling junk collection furniture from the road. When i wentBack with it the young asian dude with chain in his neck was so rude and threatening. I do not recommend this mob at all. They are ripping off right left and centre. No regard for customer service. I hope no one else gets ripped off like i was.

When buying a sofa, brand new, and paying over $1k you’d expect it to last longer then a year and a few months..But unfortunately not with this sofa.. .We had a guarantee for a year, and we’ve had this sofa now for about 1 year and 4 months and it’s literally falling apart..We’ve had to fix the back panel of the sofa twice.. . The bottom of the sofa is gone, and when sitting on it you literally hold you breath with a hope you’ll not gonna fall through..Customer service couldn’t help us either, due to being over the quarantine period..Just a heads up, because won’t be buying again for the low quality product.

Thanks for the patience while I was picking the furniture pieces. It's a huge place with both new and secondhand furniture for your choice. The price is reasonable and service is great.

Very bad experience with this store actually the stuff I have bought is good quality but the problem was the employees one woman she was very mad on me on the phoneStory started after I bought some stuff with over than one grand and I have been told that they will deliver after 3 hours at least and I was surprised that they called me after half an hour and they said that they delivered my stuff and they arrived at my place so I contacted the store to check with them the lady was very rude and she told me to choose one of two options weather to put my stuff at my front door or to organize another delivery time so I choose the second option and when I arrived home I found out that they dropped all my stuff in front of my house.They didn’t respect our dealSo I don’t recommend this store for anyone

We bought 2 couches from Jacks and they were delivered the next day. The customer service was great, there is so much variety at such good prices. The couches were extremely easy to assemble. I would highly recommend them! Very happy with our purchase and the friendliness of the team. Thanks guys.

Good price and nice staff, but so many choices make it hard to make decisions

My family and I came to Jack's Second hand furniture to get a bed and honestly out of all the bedding and furniture stores we visited, Jack's was the one with the best selection, customer service and price range. They have stylish and modernized bedding, living and upholstery. The young boys were very helpful and we were able to strike a bargain for a reduced price for a bed .They also have a comparatively good mattress selection and offer delivery within one day. The mattress I got is very plush and comfortable and I am satisfied with it. Overall it was a good, quick purchase because they had we needed and were flexible.

Eden was very helpful and thorough in explaining about the product and going through the terms and conditions. Will definitely shop here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Earlier in May we bought a new double bed at Jack's. It was excellent value & has proven to be a great bed & we're enjoying better sleep. Now we bought the bed around 4pm Saturday & they promised delivery mid day Sunday! I didn't believe it would happen so fast. True to form they delivered to our garage early afternoon. I wvimpressed.
