I am not sure how this business is still surviving. Very poor customer service. I called them on Monday (referred to by Samsung as their authorised service providers) and I was told that someone will give me a call to inform about the expected visit by the mechanic. Well, I reminded then again on Wednesday, and she made a note again (somewhere as she advised !!) and informed that same day someone will call, no one did. It's Friday today (after 4-5 days) no one bothered to contact to inform when they are goining to come to have a look on the machine. Please spread the voice guys, there should not be place for rude and careless business in the community.

Very good appliances and helpful staff when I went. Ended up buying a fridge and washing machine for a reasonable price and the delivery process was incredibly smooth. Would highly recommend!

Extremly poor service!their tech is nothing but a liar. He had no knwoledge or skills. At my home when tech came to investigate the issue, he said its samsung aircon issje. Next day in report it was installation issue. Have two aircons installed in same way, tech checkef that.. not at all professional service.

Ed the Fridge Man to the rescue!! Yesterday our freezer died and I emailed requesting if someone could come take a look, this morning I had a response back, technician Dan came out and freezer is fixed!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Honestly 1000% can recommend this company for repairs, they are professional, polite, prompt, reasonably priced and really hope they stick around after 20 years of being a family run biz, we need more good service companies like these!

I could not recommend Jo Cool Whitegoods highly enough. Myself and my partner bought a new fridge freezer for our new place which was delivered today only to find it was 2mm too big for the space that it needed to fit in. Jo and his team arranged for a new fridge freezer the correct size to be delivered the same day, we are delighted with it and it is just what we are looking for. All of the staff we dealt with were lovely and very professional, the fridge freezers are great value and come with a 4 months warranty for peace of mind. No better place to go if you are looking for a second hand fridge freezer which you can rely on.

Brought a Westinghouse side by side door fridge, and fisher & paykel washing machine both works perfectly and the price is also very reasonable..

$350 Paid for a queen mattress, well over market price, Damaged ( as I trusted them as per the conversation)Cut underneath the mattress and full of bed bugs. Had to get the whole house sprayed, worst decision of my life buying of them, they cleaned it up to look like new but seems they are selling junk collection furniture from the road. When i wentBack with it the young asian dude with chain in his neck was so rude and threatening. I do not recommend this mob at all. They are ripping off right left and centre. No regard for customer service. I hope no one else gets ripped off like i was.
